Meet Our Team

Lilith is Beautech’s resident aesthetic injections expert with over 22 years of hands-on experience. She is a family nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree specializing in aesthetics. Lilith is an advanced injector with a loyal following throughout San Fernando Valley, greater Los Angeles, across the country, and internationally. She is one of the sought-after national trainers for Allergan, one of the major distributing companies for injectables. She trains other physicians and nurses throughout the US. Prior to founding Beautech, she worked as a nurse in various medical units of Northridge hospital and UCLA Medical Center. Lilith’s educational background includes Medical School in Armenia (without a full completion), a bachelor’s in physiological sciences from UCLA, a bachelor’s in nursing, a master’s /Family Nurse Practitioner’s degree, then a doctorate degree in nursing practice from West Coast University.

Currently, in addition to her busy practice at Beautech, Lilith is engaged in research contributing to the safety and quality of cosmetic treatments and enhancing/ reinforcing ethical principles of the industry. Her aim at Beautech is to help her clients achieve optimal aesthetic results, producing natural correction, and sensible aging prevention.

Lilith has two grown children on their own journeys. She enjoys daily hikes with her standard poodle Remi, nurturing her vegetable garden, and composting. She also loves cooking, reading/audiobooks, and listening to various educational and stimulating podcasts. She is socially aware, politically engaged, and quick to serve as a volunteer in her community.

After working for over four years in emergency medicine and receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco in 2019, Corrine has transitioned into a prime role as our newest injector at BeauTech. She is a driven individual who recently redirected her career path to pursue her passion for aesthetics. With a fervent enthusiasm for the field, she’s eager to embark on this new journey and make a meaningful impact in the realm of beauty and skincare.

Corrine spent a large portion of 2023 shadowing and vigorously training with Lilith and attending numerous trainings and seminars to stay current with the latest techniques and advancements in the field. Her commitment to continuous learning underscores her passion for excellence and desire to provide top-notch aesthetic results. Corrine’s goal is to provide all her clients with beautiful results by focusing on prevention and natural correction. According to her mentor, Lilith, Corrine has a clinical and aesthetic acumen to provide better results than the ones practicing for over 20 years. She may to seem to be a newbie with 2 years of aesthetic experience, but she has the right sensibility, the most rigorous training, and intense passion to deliver great results. In her free time, Corrine enjoys traveling the world, immersing herself in different cultures while trying new cuisine and activities.

Dr. Lana is responsible for medical policy direction and the clinical oversight of practitioners at Beautech Cosmetic Center.

Originally from Ukraine, she graduated with honors from Odessa Medical University in her home country, where she was recognized for her commitment and participation in improving healthcare for underprivileged groups. A Los Angeles resident since 1998, Dr. Lana is a board-certified pediatrician who completed her residency at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles. She maintains hospital privileges and affiliation with Cedars Sinai Medical Center.

An artist at heart, Dr. Lana graduated from a fine arts high school and has always had a passion for aesthetics. She has performed aesthetic injections since 2018. Dr. Lana believes in continuous education and evidence-based clinical practice. She keeps up with the latest trends and innovations, but most importantly, she cares about patients’ safety.

Dr. Lana is the proud mother of two children: a 30-year-old daughter who is following in her mom’s footsteps as an MD, and a 17-year-old son in high school. She loves her gorgeous British Shorthaired cat, named Sonia. When she’s not tending children or animals, Dr. Lana can be found making arts and crafts, visiting museums, and traveling internationally. She is a polyglot, speaking English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Jenny serves as the right hand for Beautech, both in the front and back office. A valuable member of the team since 2019, Jenny graduated with a medical assistant diploma in 2017. Currently, she is taking classes at a community college to pursue her goal of a higher educational degree. Jenny loves her role at Beautech and particularly enjoys making the clients feel comfortable while preparing for their treatments. When not at work, Jenny can happily spend time with her husband, kids, and their dog, Evie.

Elena has been a big part of the Beautech family for the past 20 years. She is a nurturing mother figure who takes care of the clients and team members. Elena has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture. She is the most creative cook and, thus, the biggest contributor to Beautech’s weekly potlucks. Elena has two grown sons and two beautiful grandchildren. She is an animal advocate and worships her dogs. Elena’s multilingual skills in Russian and Armenian, along with her warm hospitable nature, come in handy in making Beautech’s clients feel comfortable and at home. In her past life, Elena was a banker, but she enjoys her current role in the office so much more.

Lina is one of the welcoming faces at the front desk and a vital part of the BeauTech experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in real estate. Lina has long been drawn to holistic care and personal transformation. She’s currently preparing to attend esthetician school to further align her career with her passion for beauty and wellness. Compassionate and calm, Lina ensures every client feels seen, supported, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in. Outside of work, she recharges at the beach, explores local hiking trails, and finds grounding in faith, family, and community. She recently got married!
